Each apartment comes with in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, quartz countertops, central air, and a walk-in closet. Each of the rear units has its own balcony or patio. Wrapped inside of the attached gated parking lot, there is an enclosed dog park, especially conveniently for taking your pets out at night!
Utilities: All electric, no gas. Tenant pays for in-unit electric, and prorated water, sewer, and trash. Security Deposit: An amount equal to the first month's rent minus a $175 non-refundable administrative fee.
Parking: Attached gated lot. Each unit is assigned one spot in the lot for $35.00/month
