All apartments feature drive-to-door convenience and free surface lot parking, plenty of closet space, and wide open green space. We're a pet-friendly community as well, with waste stations dotted around to help keep the grounds clean. All residents are able to take advantage of the community pool located behind the leasing office. Additionally, there is a small computer room available during normal business hours. Onsite laundry facilities are available in the leasing office and within the 625 and 725 building. Pending availability, storage units are rentable as well.
Utilities: Tenant is responsible for electric, gas and internet. Water, sewer and trash are included in the rent. Security Deposit: An amount equal to the first month's rent minus a $175 non-refundable administrative fee.

No evictions on record and no bankruptcies in the last seven years. If you do not qualify, you may have a cosigner apply, provided they meet all the requirements.
